Fresh Fruits

The lemon tree is a perennial shrub. The fruit is harvested when its peel turns an intense yellow color and its pulp is full of juice. The Eureka variety lemon is our main crop and the basis of all our industrial products, and is produced organically in our Argentine plant.

The lime tree is a perennial shrub. The lime is harvested when its peel is light green and its pulp is acidic and fragrant. We work with limes of the Key and Tahiti varieties, which are grown organically in our plant in Peru.

The grapefruit tree is one of the most resistant among citrus trees. With a short trunk and compact crown, it can measure between 5 and 6 meters, it is perennial, and its fruit is harvested when the peel is soft and the pulp juicy. We grow our grapefruits in Peru, organically, and we work exclusively with the Star Ruby variety.
