Environmental

▪ Organic farming: Transformation from traditional farming to 100% organic until 2026.
▪ Water: Reduction of water consumption in the production process, through the use of alcohol-based drying processes.
▪ Use of agrochemicals: Reduction in the use of agrochemicals with the use of beneficial mushrooms.
▪ Biodiversity and non-deforestation: Preservation of biodiversity through the care and development of protected forests.
▪ Circular economy: Waste reduction through greater efficiency and inter-institutional recycling agreements.
▪ Environmental indicators: Measurement of our carbon footprint and our water footprint.

Social

Human rights:
▪ Gender equality: sustained and progressive increase in female staff in the company, accompanied by the implementation of a vocational guidance program in rural areas.
▪ Non-discrimination: holding workshops on violence prevention and non-discrimination in conjunction with the National University of Tucumán with the provision of a telephone advice and referral line that preserves the anonymity of the person.
▪ Eradication of child labor and protection of adolescent work: sixth year of the FGF Trapani Award for the Well-being of children and adolescents in rural areas, in conjunction with the Faculty of Psychology of the National University of Tucumán.

Education:
▪ Continuous training: scholarships for training university teachers in social issues through training and improvement programs, both for collaborators and the community.
▪ Work training for adolescents in rural areas: training and job orientation workshops promoting volunteering by university students.
▪ Connectivity for rural areas: provision of antenna and permanent internet in high mountain areas.
▪ Local culture: joint activities with municipalities and libraries to promote reading and highlighting local art.

Health:
▪ Health promotion: permanent talks and workshops for our collaborators and their families.
▪ Visual health program: visual health examination in rural and high mountain areas, making mobile health services available and delivery of free glasses in conjunction with the Boreal Foundation.
▪ Healthy eating: family organic garden program in connection with INTA and organic garden in the company, for the consumption of collaborators and their families.
▪ Promotion of physical activity: support for the sports practice of our collaborators and their families in the company's sports facility that offers soccer training and tournaments.
▪ Smoke-free space certification: smoking prevention activities, smoking cessation in connection with the Provincial Health System.

Corporate governance

▪ Ethics and transparency: dissemination and permanent monitoring of the application of our Code of Ethics.
▪ Accountability: annual publication of our Sustainability Report.
▪ Value chain and due diligence: development and support for our suppliers to incorporate good practices and certification of quality standards with international standards.
